We think Watson is a longhaired chihuahua and dachshund mix. Whatever he is, he’s pure love. Watson enjoys the simple things in life - snuggling, barking at the mailman, chasing possums, performing circus tricks (seriously - he’s got a pedestal thing and everything!), and making puppy-dog eyes. Watson has canine lupus, which makes his nose (and skin) pink and super sensitive. He has to wear dog sunscreen outside, which he hates and immediately tries to lick off. But apart from that, he doesn’t have any ill effects from the lupus and is a delightful little bundle of joy. When he’s not perambulating around North Oakland, he enjoys cuddling up with his Bedtime Bear.
